Tikling Island

Tikling Island Matnog Sorsogon
It’s a private island, but tourists are allowed to use the beach for free. There is a tree house, which I personally tried to go up. We enjoyed the swing. Since its the last stop for our island hopping we stayed longer and enjoy the water and the place per se. What caught my attention was a vast of broken coral on the seashore. It showed that the dynamite fishing was active before, because according to my friend dynamite fishing is prohibited now in Matnog. Hope so for it’s the next generation will suffer more from this illegal activity. The long white shoreline is pristine. It’s really a haven and hope the people of Matnog and the tourists continue to appreciate and take care of these beautiful islands.
