hi Ion, sorry but i'm not sure if there are tours being offered in these areas because both are not popular to tourists. pandan island is actually in sablayan, around 2 hours bus ride from san jose. on the other hand, the port to reach grace island is just few minutes from the airport of san jose, to reach grace island i suggest to hire a local boatmen in the port. when you reach pandan island, the resort offers tours to the famous apo reef (for divers), it is quite expensive because it is far from pandan island, this is the only tour i know. kindly visit the website of pandan island resort to see the details. tnx
