from manila, take a bus going to lucena, once you are in lucena grand terminal, ride a tricycle and ask the driver to drop you to the shore that is a jump off point to puting buhangin, from there you can hire a boat from the local fishermen and ask them to drop you to borawan. this is the cheapest way because you will only hire a local fisherman. i payed the boatman 1k (3 islands including borawan). can't remember exactly the bus fee from manila to lucena but i think it's below 300 pesos on that time.
Jac liner , Lucena Lines , Jam : bus going to Lucena (grand terminal)... around 200 to 220 depends where u started from manila. cubao, buendia . etc..
From the grand terminal, take a jeep or a bus going to Unisan/padre burgos and drop off at Brgy. Marao in the town of Padre Burgos. Fare is about 40 pesos and travel time is around 45 minutes to 1 hour..
